This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions of order processing, delivery timelines, shipping fees, and responsibilities when shopping with us online at greensuri.com or in-store at 1301 S Court St, Visalia, California.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. If there is a delay due to stock availability, you will be notified promptly via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Greensuri currently ships within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. Greensuri is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@greensuri.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Greensuri is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

8. In-Store Pickup

Customers located near Visalia, California, may choose our free in-store pickup option at checkout. Orders will typically be ready within 24 hours, and you will be notified once your items are available for collection at:
